I understand by signing this commitment letter I agree to conduct myself with the highest level of behavior both on and off the field, in representing Fox Cities United. I agree that once I have signed this commitment letter and excepted a roster spot my tuition is payable in full and I understand that there will be no refunds, or partial refunds, under any circumstances other than season ending injury. If I leave the club before June 30th (of the appliable year), I agree that the payment schedule will be accelerated to pay any balance of the tuition in full at the time the club is notified I am leaving.

In the event of non-payment, the club reserves the right to withhold playing time until a suitable resolution is found.
